Marco’s is easily the best chain pizza money can buy. The dough, cheese, sauce and toppings are all consistently fresher, tastier and of higher quality than the competition. Additionally, the preparation and service are also consistently better than any other chain. To top it all off they are often cheaper if not the same price as other chains. I stared going there when they opened in 2017 and haven’t gone to another pizza chain since. I always look forward to stopping by when I come to Florida. Keep up the good work.

Ordered 2 steak sandwiches from this place on 10/25/23. Had basically no meat on either one. Called to speak with a manager, they would not give me their name but told me there is nothing they can do, that’s how the sandwiches are 🤷‍♂️. Awful food and and even worse customer service! Great job Marcos! Can you guess which one is from Marco’s and which one is from Jersey Mikes?

Ordered a salad. They left out the lettuce... How do you not remember to put lettuce on a salad?! Pizza was gross. It was some how burnt on the bottom but not cooked all the way. Some parts had no cheese or anything just big gross bubble's. I called and was told the manager says no refunds. I sent pictures for them to give to the manager and was told I'd be taken care of. Never heard from anyone.. on top of that we were less then a mile away and it took an hour for delivery. I really like Marcos when they do it right but this place should be evaluated and put under new management. Do your self a favor and stay away from this location.

If I could do 0 stars I would believe me . This is the worst pizza I've ever had. We spent $80 dam dollars on 4 pepperoni 2 cheese. When I tell you I will NEVER eat at that place ever again and I don't know how your still in business. The burnt part of the bottom is separating from the pizza and the cheese is slim to none on top and the toppings we didn't get and the one pizza we ordered with red sauce because my son is allergic to the red sauce. I sure hope I get my money back

Ok I just have to say something that bothered me, I pulled up to the “drive through” window to ask if I could order at the window (literally no one else was there! Like NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER!) and I was told no. I pulled directly in front of Marcos, called and ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. They don’t have regular breadsticks (I asked multiple times). They said it would take about 20 minutes. I pulled around the drive through again the was able to get my order right away. It would have saved so much time if they just took my order at the window and I just sat there and waited for it. I’m just saying when they aren’t busy it wouldn’t kill them to take an order at the window. I even told them I had my 3 hungry kids in the car. The food itself is okay but far from the best.

We ordered pizza and wings, I took one bite into my pizza and realized that there was hair in it! Called Marcos and they refused to do anything for me unless I brought the “hair in my food” back to the restaurant. It’s not close to my house, and it was 9pm at night. I will never order from them again.

Honestly, super rude staff. When we walked in no one greeted us. We were instructed that the pizza had just went into the oven at the time our confirmation email promised the pizza would be done. I understand rushes in the kitchen but if you expect to be busy and not be able to dish out pizza in the promised windows-then dont give a promised window or include promising verbiage. While we waited we watched our pizza come out of the oven and sit on the shelf… no one notified us it was ready. Once we realized it was ours we asked about a discount for the wait. The first employee said “I’m just a delivery driver. I dont know anything. I just deliver pizzas.” Then grabbed the manager. The manager was not apologetic-at all. She was the rudest employee, by far. Next time ill save my money and order Little Ceasars for better customer service, taste, and efficiency.

I was glad to find that you can actually order food directly from them, no having to use some food delivery app. The person on the phone was most helpful, friendly and professional. My order arrived quicker than what he had told me and the pie was piping hot. I love it that the items I got on my pizza, simply onions and mushrooms, were fresh and not canned or from a bag. This was the first time I have ever gotten a Marco's Pizza but it won't be my last.
